Over the years, I have developed extensive experience working with content and QA teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality digital products.
My role has often involved coordinating content creation, reviewing, and editing processes to maintain consistency and alignment with project goals. I have collaborated closely with QA teams to define and implement rigorous testing protocols, identify and resolve issues, and ensure that content meets all specified standards before release.

Familiarity with web content management systems (CMS), has helped me prioritise and manage multiple QA tasks in a fast-paced environment using my strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with QA and testing project team members.
Simultaneously, my partnership with QA teams focused on ensuring that every piece of content met the highest standards of quality before going live. I implemented rigorous testing protocols, facilitated user acceptance testing, and worked to identify and resolve issues efficiently. This collaboration required clear communication, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
