Digital Transformation

Digital Transformation plays a crucial role in leading and managing large-scale digital transformation initiatives within an organisation. I have managed the strategic overhaul of a company’s processes, technologies, and capabilities to leverage digital technologies, ensuring alignment with business goals and seamless integration across all departments. 

My role in early 2023 involved creating the definition to cover the governance around TASER usage in the UK. This was accomplished by creating a training App for the 170,000 serving Police officers via their federations (regulated by the College of Policing), using the App to train and prepare officers to the standards set by their regulators and adhering to their governance, as well as using methods sanctioned by their federation. Over the 13 months timeline, we transformed the knowledge base to a specific level to warrant face-to-face training and "non" lethal weapon to become part of the UK police certification.

This project needed specific timelines, budgets, and resources while implementing change management strategies to support the transition. By fostering collaboration among stakeholders and leveraging cutting-edge technologies, using data analytical software (Power BI) & Geographic Information Systems like QGIS to provided factual information for Axon to help challenge their vision of the UK market. I drove innovation and efficiency, monitor progress through key performance indicators, and deliver transformative solutions that enhance operational performance and customer experiences.
